TMDS64EVM: Error connecting to the target

Dear TI Experts,
The provided demo cdc_echo_freertos_am64x-evm_r5fss0-0_freertos_ti-arm-clang builds in CCS successfully but wouldn't let debug as code composer debug session.
The mentioned procedure in the documentation was followed but unfortunately no results could be seen. ( none of the demos could be loaded and run via CCS),
I am using the onboard XDS110 USB debugger. It passes the "Test Connection" JTAG DR Integrity scan-test.

The boot mode switches are configured for PLL Ref clock at 25 MHz clock and on "NO Boot" mode. The provided cable is used for connecting the EVM to the Host PC. What could be going wrong, any suggestions? I have tried to boot up the Linux from the SD card ( using correct boot mode switch settings)and this works fine and can access the command line through UART (Tera Term), but loading the other cores on CCS does not work.

Can you please confirm, is the load_dmsc.js script had been executed before connecting to any core when board is kept in NO Boot Mode? Please refer SOC initialization using CCS script.

The above steps needs to be performed for initializing the board. This step needs to be done every time the EVM is power-cycled.

After successfully initializng the EVM you will be able to connect with a specific core. Please let me know if the solution works.

The previous error disappeared after running the Python script properly as mentioned in the document, now it shows a different error when trying to load the example in CCS. For more info regarding running the script in UART boot mode and then switching to OSPI mode, and then debugging in CCS results in the following error, see picture below.

Any ideas?

Hello Tushar,
The examples were directly imported to CCS from MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM64X and loaded without any modification , just to see if flashing is possible.

I have imported the example and able to run it successfully. It is working fine for me without any errors.

Can you please provide some more details on how to reproduce the issue?

Or can you please share the binary (.out) of the project so that I can reproduce the issue at my end also?

Hello Tushar,
I tried to perform a test on the connection, to perform the steps as you mentioned on SOC initialization using CCS script. ,
bu it throws an error as seen below in the attachment,

I do not see here the option to upload a binary file for your reference.
It looks like more setup and configurations need to be done before being able to debug.
Do you know what is likely causing this issue?

The insert option at the below gives you option to attach an image or file as response.

Please see the below screenshot.

Hello Tushar,

Thanks for the follow up ,somehow Uninstalling and Reinstalling CCS helped solve the problem regarding Testing the debugger connection, which was a problem with "database is locked".
Now it is possible to debug the application from CCS itself.
