You can install the Android Devkit on DM3730 EVM by following instructions in the dowload pages.

If you needed to custimize Android for your particular board, you can either do this yourself bu working from the source code included in the Android Devkit, get the latest source code from our rowboat Android community or hire a third party such as Mentor Graphics to do the software port to your hardware.  The right choice really depends on your level of Android expertise and resources.
