We are working on the placement and layout on an AM3892 board, and may have a potential height problem. The data sheet I'm looking at (am3894.pdf, page 298) says the nominal height is 2.87 mm, and the max is 3.31. It also makes a note (C) about a thermally enhanced package, is the lid shown an option for the device?
