Display failure after EZSDK upgrade

I have upgraded to EZSDK 5.02.01.59 and the display is no longer working.  During boot the firmware is not loading:

What am I missing?  Before attempting a NFS boot I created a SD card and everything worked with that.  I then reflashed U-boot to NAND and reset the bootargs to:
