Sorry if this isn't where this should be posted but I couldn't find anywhere else to report GIT repository issues.
For 2 days now I've been trying to clone from https://git.ti.com/git/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel.git and am seeing transfer rates of ~150K (not a typo). I've tried cloning using several different machines on different networks and all get the same rates. When cloning occurs at normal rates it takes a little more than and hour to clone this repo. At the rates I'm recently getting it takes more that 2 hours to get 25% of the repo AND on top of that cloning eventually fails. It should be noted that cloning this repo was working normally Thursday, January 25, 2024. The problem started Friday, January 26, 2024. Is the server undergoing maintenance or is something going on with the network. Note, the issue is not specific to this particular repo, it is occurring for other repos hosted by TI Git servers. It's just most other repos are tiny in comparison to this one so the speed issue isn't particularly noticeable.
