Couple of questions:

1. Is this a custom board? Or standard TI EVM?
2. Which SDK version are you using?

I tried with the above images on my TDA4VM board and I was able to boot to U-Boot prompt.
Please try with couple of other SD cards on your board.

Thankyou for the update.I tried with another sd card and got the same issue.

Also ,I tried copying the the prebuilt binaries which I shared to you in the BOOT partition and suddenly the evm stopped to boot up.

No logs in minicom terminal.I tried preparing the sd card once again and checked with different uart cable also.How can I fix this.

When you power on the board are you seeing the LEDs turned on?

When powering on the EVM, please verify all LEDs are on:

LD2:  EVMs Input Power

LD7:  EVMs Main Power

LD5:  Processor Main Domain Power

LD6: Processor MCU Domain Power

LD11:  Terminal for Main Domain (assuming USB cable connected to PC for terminal)

Have you changed any bootmode switches (or other board configuration) setting during this debug effort?  Sometimes the dip switches do not 'switch' even though at first glance they may look to be set correctly.

If you want to verify the processor is alive/booting - you can connect with emulator (EVM includes integrated XDS110), connect with various cores on the device - and see its status.
