A few more questions about decoupling as I couldn’t find anything in the TI documentation regarding some pins of the AM62X:
Do the following pins need their own decoupling capacitors (it doesn’t look like the TI EVM had anything near these pins)?
VMON_1P8_SOC
VMON_3P3_SOC
Do the following pins need their own decoupling capacitors or can they share a single capacitor (the TI EVM does not have anything near either of these pins)?
VDDA_TEMP0
VDDA_TEMP1

We do not recommend a decap. This depends on the supply quality and customer can decide.
