Need to Run opengl application on DM816x EVM

I need to Run opengl benchmarking Tool [glmark]  on DM816x EVM. i am very much new to this Dm816x EVM and EZSDK.

so my questions would be
1) whether LCD provided in EVM which is connected to HDMI port in the EVM  runs only with MATRIX GUI Application ? or
can we use this display to run our custom OpenGL Applications and see the output in LCD? if there is any possibility ,please suggest me which document in the EZSDK can help me .

2) glmark is benchmarking tool which needs libraries from MESA,GLEW,libXmu,SDL. so whether EZSDK environment supports any custom opengl Applications to run on target EVM? or do i need to go in an any specific way in EZSDK in order to see my application run on target EVM.
