USB compliance test

Hi Support Team,

My customer would like to perform a USB compliance test on their system with AM3352BZCZA60,
but it is not working.
AM3352 side is HOST.
Could you please provide us how to send test packets etc. from the AM3352 side?
According to the following document, it seems to be possible to enter the following test mode by changing the PID,
but could you please tell me how to set up the AM3352 side?

My customer has a tool to change the PID, but the PID on the AM3352 side does not change.
