We're looking for a full datasheets for the following parts: OMAP3730_ES1.0 TPS65921ZQZ_120_PBGA Also like to understand if these components are fully BoundaryScan IEEE 1149.1 compliant and can support standard BSCan instruction sets, such as EXTEST, HIGHZ, SAMPLE, BYPASS, IDCODE ... etc. to enable onboard pin level testing using ATE tools, such as, ICT or bench top Boundary Scan tools. If so, please provide the BSDL files or let us know how to obtain them. So far we haven't been able to find them on the TI sites. A quick response would be very much appreciated. Thank You.
