Hi Champs,

is there recommended 4GB LPDDR4 device in automotive grade that can be used with AM625? On the SK-AM62-LP EVM is only 2GB.

    You would have to use DDR4 to get to 4 or 8GB with AM625.  I have not seen x16 4GB LPDDR4 publicly yet, you would have to ask your memory vendors if they have something available not on their website.
