ELF library of BIOS UTILs

Hi,

I am trying to build the DVSDK4.02 for ELF output using CG tools 7.3.0.

I got the following error

    will link with ti.bios.utils:lib/utils.ae674
js: "/home/user/ti-dvsdk_omapl138-evm_4_02_00_06/xdctools_3_16_03_36/packages/xdc/cfg/Main.xs", line 40: XDC runtime error: can't find the library 'lib/utils.ae674' specified by package ti.bios.utils. It wasn't found along the path

I couldn't find the elf library in the specified path. I am using the biosutils version 1.02.02.

Can anyone point me to the biosutils which supports elf?
