How to apply HDVICP into real application

I found that h264 codec for DM6467 is depend on HDVICP codec. But there is not any interface or .h files in HDVICP codec. So I have questions as following:

1)how to use the HDVICP hardware ? I didn't found any datasheet for HDVICP's detail description from TI's website.

2)how to use this HDVICP codec for other application except .h264 codec ?

Is there any datasheet refrant with my quesion?

The HDVICP Library can be downloaded from:

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/codecs/DM6467/index_FDS.html

The HDVICP library has support for H264 Encde/H264Decode and MPEG2 decode. When you use the TI codecs alongwith the HDVICP library the correct functions will be linked automatically. The steps for setting up the HDVICP is included in the UserGuide of the codec. The HDVICP actually has the functions that set up the video accelerator for the respective codec.
