SK-AM64B: Not able to connect to EVM's WiFi Access Point

Hi Shradda,

I don't have access to my board today and can not check the AP name. What do you see when you type "ifconfig -a" in your root shell? There should be wlan0 (STA) and wlan1 (AP) interfaces as far as I can remember. Also please check your boot log that there are no errors related to wifi startup.

With "ifconfig -a", I can see only eth0, eth1, lo & wla0 interface. In boot log I can see below errors

1. Importing environment from mmc1 ...
## Error: "main_cpsw0_qsgmii_phyinit" not defined

2.  [FAILED] Failed to start Synchronize System and HW clocks.

3. 44.859267] wl18xx_driver wl18xx.5.auto: Direct firmware load for ti-connectivity/wl1271-nvs.bin failed with error -2

semi positive signs... I assume wlan0 interface means that the Wifi device is up and configured in station mode. Could you try to run some scripts from /usr/share/wla8xx? e.g. ap_start.sh should start the AP mode. At least you will see some errors and indications what is wrong.

Error 1 and 2 in your list seem to be unrelated. Error 3 is a bit strange but wl1271 is a different device I think. Tomorrow I can compare with my board.
