Hello,
I have DM355EVM
I had installed CENTOS on host system work station and in that
after exporting shared filesystem for target access
i have tried booting from flash using NFS filesystem with diiferent IPs and automatic DHCP or manual assigning of IPs
but no luck the montavista start loading all the time it stucks on the same error.....
eth0: link down
Sending DHCP requests .<6>eth0: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex, lpa 0xCDE1
..<7>eth0: no IPv6 routers present
... timed out!
IP-Config: Retrying forever (NFS root)...
eth0: link down
Sending DHCP requests .<6>eth0: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex, lpa 0xCDE1
..<7>eth0: no IPv6 routers present
... timed out!
IP-Config: Retrying forever (NFS root).
then
i tried booting from flash using board's NAND flash file system and
this time i succeed with entering inside montavista linux
this time what happens is it gives error of " ipv6 routers not
present " but after two tries it breaksup automatically and then proceed
further
so i think the problem is from.....
ipv6 defined in the preloaded montavista linux,
so my question is...
>> is there any way to disable
ipv6 in montavista linux??............. I tried modprobe.d in etc folder
but there is no file called aliases or i tried for init.d but no luck
please give me the way to disable ipv6 in montavista linux
>> is there any way to delete tunneling of ipv6 over ipv4 driver in montavista linux
my bootlogs are here under
