In our custom board we use AM5728BABCXEA Processor. Now we are facing issue in DDR3L RAM. We use micron mt41k256m16tw-093:p DDR3L RAM. Total RAM size is 2GB and we use 4 x 256x16 DDR3L RAM same in EVM board. One DDR3L is not working(only Lower byte is not working Upper byte is working), so we removed the DDR, we want to monitor the data line, so we connected the Jtag and write 0xFFFFFFFF in the DDR3L RAM and monitor the data line(DQ0 to DQ16) but the data line is doesn't go high when write is performed. For monitor we use MDO, it is 1GHZ and 5GS/s.
