Sorry, didn't realize the bigger question was 'packing details' rather than 'package drawing'.

That device isn't on TI.com for some reason but I looked through backend data for the packing for that family and found the following device that is on TI.com: TMS320VC5407PGER

Using the Carrier Pack lookup with that OPN will provide identical packing information as the device in question. Again I validated this in our backend systems and every spec provided matches 100%.
