PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: 335x UART usage limitation

Part Number: PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X

It seems 335x has UART using limitations.

/dev/ttyS0 - /dev/ttyS3 device(UART0,UART1,UART2,UART4),

1. and I registered one more UART(UART3), got message "can not register UART4 820 drivers" in dmesg

2. then disable UART2, all goes well
