Facing issues with Emac registration in C6678l EVM

I am facing issues with EMAC registration.

We have one network based application running on the C6678l EVM. When i try to load and run the executable on EVM, i am getting the below error message in CCS Console.

[C66xx_0] Timeout waiting for reply from PA to Pa_addMac command
[C66xx_0] Add_MACAddress failed
[C66xx_0] Error: Unable to register the EMAC

I have tried different suggestions mentioned in posts similar to the issue in the e2e forums. None of he suggestions worked fine for me. Below are the links.

What version of MCSDK you are using? When you get this error, I think you have to power reset the board. Please let me know if you have tried it?

I am using mcsdk_2_00_00_beta1_update1. We tried power off and power on the board. This didnt solve the issue.

Try the lateset release MCSDK1_0_0_12. I haven't seen this issue yet in my setup.

I too see the same message when loading the HUA demo through JTAG in CCS v5.0.3.

My switch settings are the

SW3 1-off,2-off,3-on,4-off

SW4 1-on,2-on,3-on,4-on

SW5 1-on,2-on,3-on,4-off

SW6 1-on,2-on,3-on,4-on

SW9 1-off,2-off

I have a related query with SW9 set to on, on in the forum.

The issue seems to be with the NDK and PDK libraries i rebuilt for COFF format.

When i compiled the application with the ELF libraries provided by TI, the issue seems resolved for me.

As Arun mentioned, it is preferred to use the latest MCSDK released by TI instead of debugging this kind of issues with old MCSDK.
