This cannot be done in Tap mode, it has to be in PHY mode.

How to set to PHy mode?
customer test according to upper post, can only achieve 13+MByte/s throughput. actually the RAW mode is using DD command to access OSPI.

Please refer to the "Phy calibration" section in the link below for how to flash the phy calibration pattern. The driver will set to PHY mode once the phy calibration pattern exists on the flash. The documentation has a link for downloading the pattern file.
