Thank you for the query.

The decoupling cap value depends on the voltage rating vs the supply rail connected and specific to a board design.

The suggested values are a starting point. You should perform the simulations to decide the value.

It depends on the design and performance requirements.

When the data sheet specifies some value, it is recommended to have, at the min use those value and number of caps.

if data sheet has no recommendations, it is recommended to follow the EVM, perform simulation as applicable and finalize the value.
