Hi Expert,
In AM62 datasheet, I can find the power up sequence as below, but I can't find the specific delay time requirement. or there is no requirement as waveform B need delay with waveform A?
BR,
Biao
Hello Biao,
Thank you for the query.
We do not have any time specified between 2 supplies except that the previous supply needs to be ramped and stable before the start of the next supply ramp.
No specific timing requirements. The sequence is required only to prevent potential differences.

Hello Biao,
Additional inputs
We have the slew rate requirements for all the supply rails that needs to be followed.
7.11.2.1 Power Supply Slew Rate Requirement
To maintain the safe operating range of the internal ESD protection devices, TI recommends limiting the
maximum slew rate of supplies to be less than 18 mV/ìs. For instance, as shown in Figure 7-2, TI recommends
having the supply ramp slew for a 1.8-V supply of more than 100 ìs.
This slew rate limit is required to ensure the ESD protection circuit on each power rails does not trigger while the supplies ramp up.
For 1.8V -> slew rate should be less than 18mV/uS & slew should be more than 100 uS.
For 0.85V -> slew rate should be less than 18mV/uS & slew should be more than 47.22 uS.
For 1.1V -> slew rate should be less than 18mV/uS & slew should be more than 61.11 uS.
For 3.3V -> slew rate should be less than 18mV/uS & slew should be more than 183.33 uS.
Note:
Slew rate shown in Figure 7-2. Power Supply Slew and Slew Rate is an example.
