[EZSDK 5.02] Code Sourcery tool chain no logner available?

Dear all,

In the EZSDK download page, there is a link for downloading Code Soucery ARM Tool Chain

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/ezsdk/latest/index_FDS.html

Followed this link, I did download the toolchain several times before.

But today, this link lead me to a new web site named http://www.mentor.com and I can not find the toolchain there.

Anyone knows what's wrong?

Hmm, looks like they only have the new versions availble at the moment.

Here is the link to the new ones. I tried one of the newer versions when I started evaluation for DM8148, but had problems to get the compiled kernel runnig, at least when I followed the instructions of the PSP guide at that time. It might be the case that you need additional CFLAGS when compiling the kernel wit the new toolchain or so (posssible different default ARM architecture).

Maybe you can ask them if they plan to put the older versions on their website too.

Hi Markus,

The page for ARM2009q1 is up (https://sourcery.mentor.com/sgpp/lite/arm/portal/release858) but the actual downloads are broken. TI will work with Mentor Graphics to resolve this issue.

How about making the EZSDK work with an up-to-date compiler? Or are these TI products legacy support/end-of-life already?
