when I build/compile the Wince project use BSP_WINCE_ARM_A8_01_02_00_Source for AM3517, there was succeed and had generated "XLDRUART.bin、xldruart.exe、xldruart.map、xldruart.pdb、xldruart.rel " and so on, but it couldn't generate XLDRUART.nbo, it same as XLDRNAND.* xldrnor.* xldrsd.*. so, there was no *.nbo file been generated, what caused this problem? how to resolve it? Thanks!

And i have set the build type as "Release", no error, but no .nb0 files generated.

Peter,

I have seen this issue when source code is not in the same drive(For example e:) as WINCE700.

Could you please check if your TI ARM_A8 BSP source code and WINCE700 are on the same drive?

Hi Tao,

This issue is on WinCE 6.0 platform. BSP and WinCE6.0 are in the same drive(C:\WINCE600), but the project files are in another drive(D:\WinCEProject\OSDesign2). I guess that there have some parameter must been configured but I have not, because I found that when I build the Demo project(AM35x_OSDesign) could generate nb0 files, but when I build my new project it couldn't generate the nb0 files.

1. When you built the demo project AM35x_Design (the one that generated .nb0 files) was your osdesign on D:?

2. Could you try your new project/OSDesign on C: instead of D:.

We usually have everything on C: and hence don't have better suggestion to offer. Maybe MSDN site can give you an answer.

I copied my project to C:\WINCE600\OSDesigns\ and tried again, as you said, when all the files on C: could generate the .nb0 files. Thanks!
