TDA4VM: SIL certified transceivers

Hi TI team,

Can you please let me know whether there are any ASIL or SIL2 certified transceivers for CAN and UART-RS485 available? As we are targeting for the complete product to be SIL-2 certified, can you please let me know whether there are any specific criteria (HW specific connections) that need to be considered for the selection of the above mentioned transceivers.

Sal,

We don't have any ASIL-rated transceivers in our portfolio, but functional safety documentation can be provided to help rate the entire system for ASIL using our transceivers. You can find these documents in the respective device's product folder on TI.com.
