DM6467 DVSDK, version 3.0 GA codec license

Question;

I've been asked about licensing for the H.264 encoders we're using. My understanding is that it is "free and production" (the words used on many of the DVSDK pages), but I could find no actual license. The data sheet for the codec itself has a standard disclaimer, but its discussion of licensing appears to be referring to the possibility of a codec developed and sublicensed by a third party (such as the old Ittiam codecs).
We're using the codecs provided as part of the DM6467 DVSDK, version 3.0 GA. While we're using the original release from 2010, the April 2011 codec list may be found at

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/codecs/DM6467/index_FDS.html.

In particular, we're using the H264 BP/MP/HP L4.0 1080p encoder, h264fhdvenc.
Could you point me to the proper place to look for the license terms?
