Could someone point me to the documentation that covers how the HSM keys can be used?
We are primarily concerned with doing attestation using the HSM.
We are probably wanting to use a chain of trust for our backend certificates (for example x.509), so we are interested in storing the certificates or using the keys for the certificates by using the HSM.
I've already read through the documentation here below, but I don't see anything explaining how the keys relate to certificates relating to attestation.

I'm also interested in understanding how the keys are controlled through the product's life cycle. Is this something TI does?
