There seems to be a SATA BIOS 5.x driver provided as part of the C6748 BIOS 5.x PSP. Please look at the PSP section of the below link:
http://www.ti.com/tool/biossw-c6748
Once you find the PSP the datasheet and user's guide should give more information.

But I have not seen any for BIOS 6.x / Sysbios. Hopefully somebody will be able to comment if there are any plans.
