SK-AM62A-LP: 4K/8MP capture with ISP quality issue

Part Number: SK-AM62A-LP

Hello,

I want to capture 8mp in imx219 rpi v2 sensor and im using this pipeline for capturing

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video3 num-buffers=3 io-mode=dmabuf-import ! video/x-bayer, width=3280, height=2464, framerate=30/1, format=rggb ! tiovxisp sink_0::device=/dev/v4l-subdev2 sensor-name="SENSOR_SONY_IMX219_RPI" dcc-isp-file=/opt/imaging/imx219/linear/dcc_viss.bin sink_0::dcc-2a-file=/opt/imaging/imx219/linear/dcc_2a.bin format-msb=7 ! video/x-raw, width=1920, height=1080, framerate=30/1 ! v4l2jpegenc extra-controls=c,compression_quality=75 ! multifilesink location="1.jpeg"
but the issue is that, the file size is 90kb

when i try without isp using this pipeline
 gst-launch-1.0 -v v4l2src num-buffers=5 device=/dev/video3 io-mode=dmabuf ! \
video/x-bayer, width=3280, height=2464, framerate=30/1, format=rggb ! \
multifilesink location="imx219-image-%d.raw"

i am getting 8mp

1.is that issue because if ISP?
2.v4l2jpegenc will not support 8MP?
