Hi Team,
My customer has the following question about DDR4 design.
If they use 2 8-bit DDR4s it should be designed as prescribed in SPRAD06 document Fig.2-2 (VTT termination required)
Is there any recommended value for the termination resistor on the AM625 side? If not they plan on using the DDR4 maker recommended value. (33~39Ω)
