Hello Shine,
Thanks for your patience.
Is there a way to configure the M4 to drive the GPIOs of the A53?
Yes, you can configure the Main domain GPIOs from MCU domain with the help of Sysconfig tool.
You will not be able to use Main domain GPIOs from MCU domain if isolation between MCU and MAIN domain is enabled.
Sysconfig tool can be find at Sysconfig.
