  • Somebody from TI please respond to this.

Only TI can tell us where to find the missing IBIS model of C6746 ZWT package.

  • Jerry, looks like there was a web issue with it not being shown on the product page. We've notified the web team and they indicated it should be visible by the end of tomorrow. Thanks

  • Jeff,

Thanks a lot for the reply.

    1. We got the IBIS model but it seems dated (30 Sep 2009 Rev. A). We understand C6746 is in Rev. B. Can you please let us know how to get Rev. B IBIS model for C6746 ZWT package?

    2. Searching for "tms320c6746 system reference guide" gives:

    http://focus.ti.com/dsp/docs/litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp?sectionId=3&tabId=409&literatureNumber=sprugm6e&docCategoryId=6&familyId=132

which seems like the right page but does not have any download link.

    Another relevant link:

    http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sprugm6e/sprugm6e.pdf

leads to "The page you are looking for might have been removed..."

Please help us with a copy of or link to "TMS320C6746 System Reference Guide"?

    3. Just FYI noticed that C6748 page does not have ZCE package IBIS model.

    Thanks once again.

  • 1) The IBIS model characteristics did not change from Rev A to Rev B.

    2) Just recently many products have gone to a single Technical Reference Manual, found right below the datasheet on the product page. This contains the system reference guide as well as all peripheral user guides in one document.

    3) Thanks for pointing this out. They're still working on getting everything back up.

  • Jeff,

This single document approach is much better (for a consumer) than keeping track of a stack of documents.

Thanks for providing quick clarifications on several points.
