What name did you change? Is this a string that is output via C I/O? Did you reload the program after rebuilding with the changes? Assuming you did, for the case where there is no output, is the application running correctly otherwise?

Hi ki,

The debug console is not working properly. I build any code is two time only debug console working fine third time debug mode console not printing but code working fine. Why debug console working two time correctly third time not working that time only shutdown my computer minimum two minutes then on my computer then work ccs studio debug console working fine. How to fix the problem.

Have you seen the below article:

It covers the most common cases where C I/O output is not working but the application otherwise runs as expected.

Thanks for the video. I don't have an explanation on why the second run does not output any C I/O. For you second attempt, can you try running to line 56 in main.c and then run like you did in the first attempt which passed? Assuming that it fails, can try a system reset and then reload the program and see if that helps?

Hi Ki,

              I shut down my computer for two minutes. When I powered it back up, the CCS studio worked fine with the debug console on the first attempt. However, on the second attempt, the debug console did not print. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

Before your second attempt, can you try either a:

1. system reset of the device

2. power cycle of the board
