Hi, In my previous thread:

how after I download the code, all the startup_ARMCM*.s is related to ARM Cortex M0 up to ARM Cortex M7.

So where is Crt0.S or startup.S for crt0.o for R5 with AM64x.

but how about boot_arm7r_asm.S under C:\GNSS_WIP\GNSS\Code\Common\firmware\source\kernel\nortos\dpl\r5\boot_armv7r_asm.S

is that crt0.o

question what is difference between TI clang crt0.S and armv7 crt0.S, they are entirely different, Even the Entry points. for armv7, entry points is .vectors.
For ti clang, it is a black box.

We validate and write ROM and bootloader using the tools documented in the release notes https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM64X/latest/exports/docs/api_guide_am64x/RELEASE_NOTES_09_01_00_PAGE.html#autotoc_md73 , TI ARM CLANG 3.2.0.LTS. Commenting on what gcc initialization does is not something we support.
