HW: our custom board

The following is our SBL boot flow chart. Sometimes mcu2_0 fails to initialize DMA, How to resolve it?

    Hi QuanFeng,

    This should not fail randomly. It should fail consistently or not fail at all. 

    Essentially it is running out of Completion rings. We can reduce the number of rings requirement from below FAQ.

    But can you first make sure if it is failing consistently? 

    The other solution is to allocate more free rings to mcu2_0 using resource manager..

    Hi Linjun,

    As we discussed, can you please help in checking why customer is seeing this issue randomly? and how many rings are needed for their usecase? 

    We have reserved some 182 rings on mcu2_0. This should be sufficient for most usecases.
