I couldn't find any documentation about how can I use ISP features of this board (Since edgeai is not supported on this board). Would any of you can please share me the related documents to use ISP on this board ?

Yes,

There is no Linux ISP driver, so we use the RTOS driver of the ISP. Hence the RTOS + Linux SDK is required to use the ISP. In this case, the above documentation is sufficient
