Hi Sonia,
This is generic Android question not related to AM625 Android.
Is this app written by you or an existing app?

Vishal
Hi Vishal,
It just a normal chromium apk.
I want it to open directly after booting.
Thanks,
Sonia
Hi Sonia,
If you are trying to start an existing app at boot time, you will have to play around with shell scripts and init.rc to launch something at boot. The script can start the desired app using `am` commands. This is a HACK way of doing it.
Ideally the app should be written with registering intents for events like boot complete, etc.. and take actions.

Vishal
Hi Sonia,
We don't have an example for this and we have SELinux enforcing mode enabled by default which may come in the way of defining shell script services via init.rc.
Look for Android documentation on registering for broadcast intent and launch activity.
developer.android.com/.../BroadcastReceiver
developer.android.com/.../Intent
