Hi all,

I've been playing with the DM8168 EVM and EZSDK now for a couple of weeks, and have a few things running.  Am struggling slightly with feeding the decoder with the encoders output, but I suspect I need to strip off the NAL headers or something.

Anyway, having got a reasonable way through this, I was wondering about what will be supported in the future:

1) Interlaced encoding?

2) Interlaced decoding?

3) Decoding of non-progressive streams?

4) TS generation?

5) Audio encode?

6) Video/Audio mux for TS?

I appreciate that GStreamer might sort all this out for me, but some confirmation as to what might be in EZSDK 5.03 and 5.04 would be nice?

What about mosaicing?  I read somewhere that hardware mosaicing had been deprecated due to a bug in the chip - is this going to be fixed, or just supported in software?

Cheers,

Simon
