Convert from Ubuntu linux

I have developed a print server using Ubuntu Linux. The printer is connected to the server via USB port.

 

Is there any guide that can help us installing a desktop-like Linux in C6 integra? Or, is there a guide in how to convert from desktop Linux to C6 Linux??

 

Thanks n really hope I could start right away with TI C6 and market it ASAP!

    Hi Andy,

    We haven't tried running Ubuntu on C6A816x but the SDK is built from Arago which in itself is built on top of OpenEmbbeded. I believe OE has support for several distros that enable a desktop experience. Maybe you could explore if OE suits your need by checking with the OpenEmbedded community.
