TMS320DM368: 64GB SD card detection issue.

Part Number: TMS320DM368

Dear Support Team,

I was using following IC in one of my products and due to unavailability of this IC I used alternate part which is TMS320DM368ZCED.

When I am using the 64GB SD card to record the video and image capture to store in SD card in PCB where TMS320DM368ZCEDF used is working fine while when used TMS320DM368ZCED it is not working.

Following is the circuit reference for SD card with DM368 IC.

 

In the above image when I mounted R25 resistor (51K 1% 0402) then TMS320DM368ZCED mounted PCB started working in the product. 

So, I wanted to know why it was working without mounting same resistor with TMS320DM368ZCEDF IC and not working with TMS320DM368ZCED IC.

Also, is there any specific document where it shows the SD card Data 3 line required Pull-up or Pull-down or resistor divider to work properly and limitation with capacity of SD card.
