AM625: Power up sequencing

Part Number: AM625
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65219

Hello, I am bringing up a custom board with a AM625. The board is having intermittent boot ups. I am booting over UART due to hardware issues with the MMC SD interface. I only periodically see the XMODEM C's output on power up over UART0. I suspect that there is a power up sequencing issue, however I have yet to track it down. I am asking for assistance in verifying the power up / reset sequencing so I can rule that out.

We are using a TPS65219 for the PMIC, and .75V for VDD_CORE. Below is an image of the power up sequencing for the board. Due to hardware issue, the VDDSHVx has been directly tied to VDDSHV5 via white wire.

Another observation is the slew rate of the MCU_PORz. Attached is an image of the signal. The slew rate of the signal works out to be about .0015 V/ns. The datasheet calls for a minimum of 0.0033 V/ns.

PORz_OUT and RESETSTATz both go high after MCU_PORz is asserted high, and the 25 Mhz input clock is valid, and WKUP_CLKOUT outputs a 25 MHz clock.

I would appreciate your guys thoughts on the power up / reset sequencing and if it may be a cause for the boot up issues I am seeing.

Thanks
