The figure below is taken from the datasheet.
I would like to know the size of the raised part in the center of the part.
What is the height of the h part and the length of the w part?
(Red and orange characters in the diagram)
The purpose is to see if there is enough space to install an interposer when evaluating DDR4.
DDR4 is placed very close to the SoC.
Therefore, it is expected that the interposer and SoC will come into contact.
We believe that by knowing the SoC size, we can consider the optimal interposer shape.
