How to exit suspend mode? (DM6437 HECC Module)

Hi there~

I am developing s/w with DM6437 and I've met a problem while activating HECC module.

I'd like to know about 'suspend mode' in HECC module.

After initilizing HECC module according to the procedure specified in spru981a,  SMA bit of CANES register becomes  '1' then never cleared.
As a result, every Tx Request is aborted.

In spru981a, it says that SMA bit is set to '1' after 'suspend mode' is activated. But I couldn't find any information on 'suspend mode' in spru981a or by web search(google).

I'd appreciate if any of you answer my question.
What is 'suspend mode'? How can HECC module exit(or enter) 'suspend mode'?
