Hello,

I want to use the single channel dual rank LPDDR4 with the AM6411 processor.

Kindly Answer the following questions,

1) Is AM6411 support dual rank LPDDR4?

2) If support is available, what should be the instructions or steps to connect to and utilize the LPDDR4?

Help me to find and select the LPDDR4 part.

AM64x does not support dual rank. You should be able to find a single rank device up to the max supported addressable range of 2GByte

As per data sheet AM64x datasheet section 8.4.2.3, DDR support of dual rank configuration.

Could you please elaborate more on this?

check section 8.1.1.1 of the TRM, it shows unsupported features as only supporting 1 rank. Can you send the part number of the LPDDR4 device that is dual rank?
