XDC Questions

I don't really know where to direct these questions  RTSC XDC seems to be between TI and the Eclipse side.

I posted here asking about creating an XDC module for SPLINT.  But the thread died - is that forum the correct place to go.  I would like to create an XDC splint module and contribute back to the XDC source tree.

Also, we build doxygen documentation, i could build an XDC module around doxygen also but have seen that the XDC PackageContents has a docDir string.  What is docDir for?
