if I need to enable the following configs, where do I go to do that?

CONFIG_UPDATE_TFTP
CONFIG_UPDATE_TFTP_CNT_MAX
CONFIG_UPDATE_TFTP_MSEC_MAX

I am following the instructions in

~/ti/ti-processor-sdk-linux-edgeai-am62axx-evm-09_00_01_03/board-support/u-boot-2023.04+gitAUTOINC+bd74e615a6-gbd74e615a6/doc/README.update

It says

#define CONFIG_UPDATE_TFTP 1

and a few other config params. I don't know where they are defined.

Hi, you can update the am62ax_evm_a53_defconfig file in the u-boot-dir/configs/am62ax_evm_a53_defconfig directory.
