Hi,

Sorry, we are unable to provide the requested timing parameters.
Instead of running simulations of DDR3 and DDR3L systems with the AM437x processor, TI encourages following the provided layout routing guidelines in the datasheet. This decision is explained in app note SPRAAV0 - Understanding TI’s PCB Routing Rule-Based DDR Timing Specification.

Please refer to AM4376 Datasheet 5.12.8.2.1 DDR3 and DDR3L Routing Guidelines.
