Hi,

How do I get CCS to search SysConfig generated source files when searching all files?
How do I get CCS to search the .inc files from the SDK?
How do I get CCS to search the mcu_plus_sdk_am64_ source files?

Assuming these files are in a subfolder inside the main project folder, A file search with scope of at least the project level would search these files.

If these files are linked to the project, a project level file search would search in these files.

If they are not linked, then a Remote Search may be necessary

Hi Ki,

I tried already and it didn't work which is why I posted this on E2E, check out the screenshot :

On the generated file from sysconfig ti_board_config.c I right click on Board_Init > Search Text > Workspace and the only result is the use of the function in the main file.

Same result with right click > Reference > Workspace.

Also tried enabling the indexer specific settings for this project as explained here https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__AP3OHQvHbqav9piQQX3FIQ__ccs_devtools__FUz-xrs__LATEST but didn't change anything.

I am not familiar with the remote search, can you elaborate?

Instead of searching that way, open the Search dialog via CTRL+H and using the "C/C++ Search" tab to search the project/workspace level. Do you get results in the syscfg folder also?

In the same dialog mentioned above, there is a tab for "Remote Search"
