66AK2G12: Compatible replacement devices

Hi Support Team,

Our customer is using 66AK2G12ABY100, and is considering switching to the following temperature-extended product due to a heat issue.
I have checked the datasheet and it seems that the only difference between ABYA and ABYT is the operating temperature,
and is it correct that there is no difference in pins, specifications, etc.?
Please let me check just to be sure.

    Yes no other difference apart from the temperature specification/coverage. 

    Additionally if they are planning to run at Tj beyond 105C , they should also look at the POH table in the datasheet:5.3 Power-On-Hour (POH) Limits 

    We only provide guidance for POH assuming that the use-case is 24/7 100% at 125 Tj
