Hi ,

                     I have done setup According Getting Started Guide For tms320dm648 dvdp  But When I am Running Sample speech Encodedecod example I am Getting Display ON ccs 3.3 Is :

                   Stating Speech Encode.

                 Creating Output Channel Failed.
